week 6 blog post


I am writing about this because it is good for when you need to get fit.When you play you have lots of fun.

Basketball Reflection

Write down five things to think about when you bounce a basketball.
  1. Feet shoulder width apart
  2. Feet apart
  3. Hand stay on the ball when you bounce it
  4. Keep your eyes on the ball.
  5. Keep control of the ball

What are the main four parts of basketball?
  1. Passing
  2. Dribbling
  3. Shooting
  4. Defence

How can you protect the ball from a defender?
Put your back to them.

What was challenging for you?
It was hard to get the goal in.

What was your favourite part?
Being a defender.

What would you have liked to have learned more of?
Shooting a goal


What is something you learned?
We learnt how to bounce the ball properly.
